Privacy notice

This notice explains what HireFinance does with the information you give us, whether you are a candidate introducing yourself or a client briefing us on a role. We have written it in plain language because you should be able to understand it without a lawyer.

Candidates

What we collect

Only what we need to represent you properly:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your CV and anything you tell us about your experience, qualifications and current situation
• Your salary expectations, notice period and the kind of role you are looking for
• Notes from our conversations with you

We do not ask for your passport, visa, Emirates ID or bank details at this stage. If a client needs those later, they will ask you directly.

What we do with it

We use your information to match you with roles, to speak to you about them, and to present you to a client when you have agreed to be put forward. We do not send your CV to anyone without telling you first who it is going to.

Who sees it

Your information is seen by HireFinance and, once you have agreed, by the client for the specific role in question. We do not sell your details, share them with other agencies, or add you to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for up to two years from our last contact with you, so we can come back to you when the right role appears. You can ask us to delete them at any time and we will do so within thirty days.

Where it is stored

Your information is held on secure, password protected systems. Email to us is received at candidate@hirefinance.ae and is not shared with any other mailbox.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us not to contact you about roles. Write to candidate@hirefinance.ae and we will respond within a few working days.

Clients

When you brief us on a role we hold your name, contact details, the role information you give us, and any documents you attach, such as a job description, organisation chart or NDA.

We use it for that search and nothing else. We do not disclose that you are hiring, name your company to a candidate, or share your documents with anyone, without your written agreement. For confidential replacements, the identity of the seat stays with us until you decide otherwise.

Role documents are deleted once the search closes unless you ask us to keep them for a future brief. You can ask us to delete anything we hold at any time.
